At a time when most people are looking to cut back on their spending, a cat can have a major impact on your monthly outgoings. Cats, like any pets, can be very expensive to keep. The initial step of buying/being given your cat is just the start of what is more than likely going to be an expensive journey with your pet. It can also provide compensation if you have to cancel a holiday, provide money to advertise for missing pets and pay a reward if your cat is lost or stolen. It makes you wonder why people would risk having to pay these huge vet bills when it is possible to get cheap cat insurance whichif anything were to happenwould cover the costs.
